Her Morning Elegance

My favorite thing in the world is when people find things or make things that they say reminds them of me. It is so fascinating!

On that topic, Bryan Cash said, "I think that can tell a lot about what you unconsciously bring up in people."

He said this video reminded him of me. Perhaps for my unusual relationship with sleep? Who can say, but it might be indicative of how I live my life!

Silliness

Yoinked from , this song is ridiculous...but dangerously catchy.

I am mostly captivated by the animation on the wolf, I love it!

Tears

Whew! What a hectic week!

Bryan Scary and the Shredding Tears swept into Louisville and rocked any sense of routine out the window. Will and I met with the band about our project, and they are all super enthusiastic and awesome guys. Each one is quite huggable, oh how I love those Tears! They played a fantastic show at the Pour Haus, followed by merriment and amusement and Lisa staying up far past her bedtime.

Today I went kayaking with my family. I won kayaking lessons from one of the teachers at a faculty/staff meeting as a door prize (each department submitted a gift to the door prize pool). Coach Judd used to be my crew coach back in high school, and it was really fun to go out on the water. Kayaking is much easier on the arms than canoing. I should like to own one someday!

Lastly, as yoinked from , this is one of the coolest things ever.

I realize it would be more impressive without cuts, but I don't think it would be possible to do and still see everything that goes on. My favorite parts are the umbrella and the cell phone that makes the other cell phone vibrate down a slope.

Going Home

I stole this link from Scott Ruggels. It's an awesome Dutch minimilist puppeteer. Go to "filmpjes" and watch away! http://www.xs4all.nl/~lrvk/lejo/

Yesterday was my last day at Long Wharf. It was very nice and everyone at the theater has been extremely supportive of me and my decision to leave. Bill the props carpenter got me an AWESOME Cowboy Bebop T-shirt. It was funny, too, because I had just recently been scouring the internet searching for one, but all the ones I found were either:

a) Horrible or uninteresting designs or

b) Images of Faye in a lewd pose

I never thought to look at Hot Topic. Anyway, these next couple of days will be full of packing and pre-moving stress. I am happy to be going home, but I am very tired and don't feel like deciding the next step in my life. I have a web design job lined up to bring in a little bit of money, but I've always hated job hunting. Anyway, I probably will be fine once I get a bit of rest, I have much to do when I get home!
